Chase Waterfalls
The Sunshine Coast has several lovely waterfalls. Buderim Falls, also called Serenity Falls, is a 600-metre return circuit through the beautiful rainforest. Gardners Falls near Maleny, has a popular swimming hole, and the stunning Kondalilla Falls is an 80-metre waterfall.
Climb a Mountain
The most accessible mountain on the Sunshine Coast is Mount Coolum. This 1.6-kilometre return hike rewards you with stunning panoramic views over Coolum and the Sunshine Coast. If you feel more adventurous, you can hike up one of the more challenging Glass House Mountains.

The best way to finish the day is to enjoy an incredible sunset. If you are adventurous, you can climb Mt Ngungun and watch the sunset over the Glasshouse Mountains. Or you can sit back and relax and watch the sun setting over the water near Point Cartwright.
