Strickland Falls ~ Tasmania.

Strickland Falls

Strickland Falls is a lovely small waterfall on the Hobart Rivulet. It is approximately 4 metres high and surrounded by lush rainforest. There is a small park with a picnic table and some car parking along the side of the road.

From the car park, walk through the bushes along the creek, cross over the creek and then walk along one hundred metres, and you will be at the base of Strickland Falls.

It is a Photographer's delight, with a lovely waterfall, mossy rocks, fallen trees, and good lighting for long-exposure photos.

Directions to Strickland Falls.

A short 10-minute drive from Hobart, you will find Strickland Falls along Strickland Avenue in South Hobart.
