The Walk - 1.5 Kilometres - 45 Minutes - Easy
This walk starts from the Hollow Mountain carpark, about 35 kilometres from Halls Gap. Follow the sign to the left and wander along the wide dirt track.
Continue along the dirt track as it meanders gently uphill through the dense bush. As you wander along, enjoy the beautiful, colourful wildflowers in abundance along the edge of the track.
The track then gets narrower and the bush thicker before you come out onto a large section of interesting flat rock. Enjoy the beautiful views over the Wimmera Plains, then veer left towards the cliffs, where you will see the track to the shelter.
As you arrive at the shelter, you will see a steel cage to protect the Aboriginal artworks and several interpretative signs explaining them.
