Bakers Beach - Tasmania

Bakers Beach is a stunning beach in the Narawntapu National Park in Tasmania. It is 6.9 kilometres long and begins at Griffiths Point in the west, at the entrance to Port Sorell, and continues until Little Badger Head.

Bakers Beach is popular for swimming and fishing. However, the beach is not patrolled, and ocean conditions can vary, so caution should always be used.

Directions to Bakers Beach

Bakers Beach is located within the Narawntapu National Park on the central north coast of Tasmania.

Drive along the Tamar Highway (A7) from Launceston, then turn left at Exeter onto the B71. You will see a sign to the National Park. Turn onto Bakers Beach Road (C740) and follow it into the park.
